Insurance is NOT billed.

A "super bill" will be provided to the client monthly to seek reimbursement from their insurer.

Single BASIS-A session (90 minutes): $250

Initial Intake: $225

Individual & Couples Counseling: $175

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance. However, we do not file insurance but will provide you a superbill each month that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

 

We also accept any flexible spending dollars  (FSA/HSA) which are available through a Visa or MasterCard credit card. 

All payments are made by credit or debit card; no cash or checks are accepted.

Please check your health coverage carefully by asking the following questions to your insurance provider:
 

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible, and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
